Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman (American gymnast) was both a team member and captain of 2012's Fierce Five in addition to the 2015 Final Five US Women Olympic Gymnastics. At the 2012 Olympics she was awarded gold on both the team floor and the individual events. The bronze medal was awarded by her balance bar. She was the only American to have won the most Olympic medals. In the 2016 Olympics she won a gold medal in the team event which gave her as well as her teammate Gabby Douglas the credit of being one of the very first Americans to have two consecutive gold medals for the team. She also won silvers in the individual all around event as well as for floor exercise. The break was for three years between the two Olympics to not compete in gymnastics. Additionally she was a part of two gold-winning American gymnastics teams. She began learning gymnastics when she was two and her most favorite sport is floor workouts. Aly participates in her organization, the Uniting Against Lung Cancer Organization to honor and remember her grandmother. She plans to pursue a career in fashion and hopes to broaden her signature line of leotards as well as socks in the future. Fierce is a novel she plans to release later in the year.
